Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and producing Seasonal Floorset Direction for retail spaces, coordinating and managing seasonal line list direction, and building creative templates that align with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Seasonal Floorset Direction for retail spaces, working closely with the VM team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate and manage seasonal line list direction, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create innovative and engaging visual merchandising designs that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all communication points for Standards manual projects, ensuring clear and concise messaging across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Global VM and Store Development team to create seasonal Floorset templates that align with our brand's creative vision.
  • Develop and manage weekly and seasonal directives through Store Ops and Communications, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Facilitate seasonal store photography needs, organizing photos for executive review and ensuring high-quality visual content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or Visual Merchandising preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in visual merchandising and graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives.
