Position Overview: Salesforce Developer responsible for code-based solutions, data migration, systems integration, and 3rd-party applications. Works with admins and analysts to support business requirements and key initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Develop custom code (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
  • Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects
  • Ensure data integrity and security
  • Implement declarative features (validation rules, workflows, flows)
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems
  • Customize Experience Cloud sites
  • Implement and customize AppExchange solutions
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance
  • Conduct code reviews and follow best practices
  • Create technical documentation
  • Collaborate on requirement gathering and releases
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends and contribute to community


Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years Salesforce experience, including NPSP and Experience Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model
  • Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, fields, layouts, etc.)
  • Familiarity with release management tools and sandbox management
  • Data management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
