Key Responsibilities:


  • Be responsable to develop and execute design concepts that reflect luxury, elegance, and innovation according to the Brand DNA established.
  • Meet all the conditions to create professional presentations according to the project mood.
  • Efficient management of multiple project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget and time constraints.
  • Bring to the Studio relevant ideas, concepts and design proposals to add value.
  • Strong coordination with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless implementation of design plans.
  • Permanent investigation and research to stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies to continuously elevate the studio’s design offerings.
  • Mentor and guide peers and junior designers in the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or design and licensed in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury environments.
  • Hospitality Design experience.
  • Proficiency in most relevant software for design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of luxury design projects.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills English/Spanish
