Your Impact

We are actively seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative (Intended Parent Case Manager) to join our fast-paced, high performance team This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with previous sales and health care experience. This individual excels at communicating compassionate and effectively with potential new clients. The Insides Sales Representative is motivated to exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our clients.  


The main responsibilities of this role include:


Sales and Client Management:

  • Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients based on their familial needs and the company's offerings.
  • Client Education and Consultation: Provide comprehensive counseling and education to clients, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions about their egg donor journey.
  • Sales Techniques: Utilize upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients throughout the entire egg donor process, ensuring a positive experience.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Relationship Building: Facilitate communication between clients, agencies, lawyers, clinics, and other relevant parties.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal staff to ensure timely completion of all egg donor responsibilities and maintain a smooth workflow.

Compliance and Operations:

  • HIPAA Compliance: Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost care and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Company Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Performance Metrics:

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by diligently following up on leads and proactively identifying target customers.


Our Needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales and customer service experience

·     High level of emotional intelligence

·     Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·     Experience working in a small team setting and independently

·     Ambitious and strong worth ethic

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·     Professional, friendly, confident phone and video demeanor

·     Excellent follow up and follow through

·     A strong desire to help others, particularly those struggling with fertility


Advanced Qualifications:

·     Background in third party reproduction or medical experience

·     Previous experience working at a small business, preferably focused in healthcare
