  1. Manage the local ERP (SAP BusinessOne)
  2. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including system errors and bugs, to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction. Document issues and resolutions.
  3. Translate business requirements into configuration items, through robust change process and communication
  4. Support the users in their duties, by training, expertise sharing and strong personal involvement

  3. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including system errors and bugs, to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction
  4. Escalate issues to external providers when needed
  5. Manage request and Changes
  6. Manage the system environment, overseeing software updates, system enhancements, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
