Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water testing contracts and projects.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Laboratory Operations:

  • Oversee the operations of partner laboratories, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and advancements in water testing methodologies, implementing necessary updates to laboratory procedures.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water testing and analysis sector.
  • Develop and prepare technical proposals in response to government solicitations and other RFPs for water testing and analysis services.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to promote I-2-I Solutions' services and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Chemistry or a related field; Graduate-level coursework in Chemistry or Environmental Engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Adequate real-world experience can substitute this requirement.
  • Extensive experience in laboratory management, with a focus on water testing and analysis.
  • Proven track record in project management, including budget management, scheduling, and client interaction.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for environmental testing.
