A top client is searching for a Center Manager for one of their Castro Valley locations. As a full-time Center Manager for a fast-growing beauty franchise, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence Our Center Manager will have the opportunity to develop, inspire, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Specialists to achieve their personal best. As the Center Manager, you will:

  • Set and achieve daily/monthly/annual goals for the center and the associates
  • Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best
  • Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Manage the guest experience and any issues that arise in a timely solution-driven manner
  • Analyze business trends to schedule staff and manage time off requests accordingly
  • Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed
  • Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover
  • Grow and encourage culture within the center
  • Provide an exceptional associate and guest experience

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
  • Be flexible with your work schedule - including morning, evening, and weekends; Able to work 40+ hours a work week.
  • Have demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective team members.
  • Be highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Have experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels.
  • Possess strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Description - Base $50k +$15k Bonus AND Commission Potential.
