A well-known and growing organization with corporate headquarters in Brookfield is seeking a Talent Coordinator for long-term contract of at least 1-2 years. This is a full-time Monday through Friday and hybrid position working two to three days after training period. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related degree plus at least 6 months to a year of business experience preferably in the HR space. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee candidate scheduling, travel, and logistics, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage preboarding tasks (background checks, drug screens), and maintain accurate ATS data.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, delivering branded messaging and timely updates.
  • Build reports and metrics to guide recruitment strategies and implement process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Automate and enhance recruitment processes with technology, ensuring efficiency in scheduling and communication.
  • Manage recruitment events, vendor relationships, and temporary/contract hiring efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain confidentiality, and lead talent acquisition projects.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • At least 6 months to a year of relevant business experience preferably in the HR or Talent space.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and strong aptitude for software technologies.
