Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
- Communicate patient condition and needs to the healthcare team and family members.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition to home or further care.
- Assess and respond to patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
