The Director of Sponsorship Sales leads the Company’s efforts in developing and executing the sponsorship sales strategy for NDM Hospitality and Falcone Group. The Director is responsible for identifying prospects and securing partnerships with local, regional, and national brands to optimize revenue opportunities and ensure long-term success of the business relationships.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Creates and executes the annual Sales Work Plan aligned with the business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders/stakeholders to identify, define, enhance the overall sponsorship strategy.
  • Identifies new sponsorable assets that fit the company culture and environment.
  • Drives revenue through acquisition of new sponsor partners, renewals and upsells.
  • Ensures on time fulfillment is executed, recorded, and billed.
  • Cultivates a pipeline of prospects through relationship building with key decision-makers.
  • Creates presentations and proposals to showcase opportunities that align with prospects’ business goals.
  • Leads negotiation, creates contracts and ensures mutually beneficial terms that align with the company.
  • Provides insights on successes and recommendations to overcome roadblocks.
  • Follow and support all company policies and procedures. Assimilate into the NDM Hospitality and Falcone Group culture through understanding, supporting, and demonstrating the core values.
  • Maintains positive presence within community. Maintains positive relationships with key clients, sponsors, and local community business leaders.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Attend special events to entertain, network and service clients and prospects.
  • Managing tools required for lead generation.


REQUIREMENTS


5+ years’ experience in the sponsorship sales field, including experience leading a successful sale driven business model.

Highly developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

Demonstrates persistence and resourcefulness.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent time-management skills.

Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
