The Intersect Group is partnered with our client to search for a Technical Product Engineering Architect who will play a key role in designing and building the next generation of guest-focused private air travel experiences. This position will contribute significantly to the development and execution of the product vision. As a Product Engineering Architect, you will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, QA, and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed product expectations. You will also work with global resources to deliver robust product roadmaps.


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology with 10+ years of related experience, or 15+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in the C# programming language and its core concepts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure development and offerings.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role with a robust portfolio of software development projects.
  • Proficiency with development tools such as compilers, debuggers, IDEs, and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex software issues.


Additional:

  • Proficiency with the React Framework.
  • Expertise in C#, XML, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services, CSS, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Competence in tools like GitHub, Postman, Jira, and database query tools.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft PowerPlatform.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment and with CI/CD tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Event Services, App Services, and Event Grids.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, dependency injection, and others.
  • Skilled in SDLC tools for source code control and work item management.
  • Strong experience in database design and development, particularly in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of network programming, socket programming, and inter-process communication (IPC).
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture theory and practices.
  • Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager or Microsoft Azure are a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Share and implement knowledge of application development best practices.
  • Develop and execute test plans to evaluate technical performance of systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide system development expertise, assisting analysts, software engineers, and business analysts.
  • Model business and system processes through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
  • Research and recommend technologies to enhance cost-effectiveness and flexibility.
  • Create and document standards, processes, and methodologies while adhering to company policies.
  • Offer technical expertise to support new software program and application development.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for program logic, data processing, and error resolution.
  • Actively participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Write, translate, and code software programs according to specifications.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Conduct performance tests to identify and resolve software issues and debug errors.
  • Write or modify programming scripts to improve the functionality or appearance of web applications and websites.
  • Research, document, and implement program requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to address defects.
  • Schedule and perform software updates to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
  • Resolve application production problems and deliver training for end users.
  • Provide strategic input for identifying technology solutions aligned with the product vision.
  • Work independently with business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Brainstorm with project teams to address complex infrastructure or development challenges.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
  • Research and recommend emerging application development tools, languages, and standards.
  • Administer diagnostic analysis of test results and deliver solutions to key areas.
  • Coordinate production support efforts across product teams for critical incident resolution.
