This role Sector Lead is a 180 business development role that will lead a specific sector with Pacific International Executive Search Firm.


The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of Executive Search Experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive Business Growth: Build and nurture new client relationships through consistent cold and warm outreach, ensuring annual targets are met.
  • Engage in Daily Outreach: Conduct daily sales calls to gather market insights and follow up on leads, collaborating with internal teams to connect with potential clients.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Identify future opportunities within current and prospective clients, working closely with them to understand and meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work with Client Delivery Managers and Executive Search Associates, and mentor other sales staff, ensuring team success and shared goals.


What We are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Executive Search: 2-3 years in the field, ideally with a focus on Manufacturing clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to connect and present effectively.
  • Creative Business Development: Proven talent for sourcing and nurturing new opportunities.
  • Passionate and Energetic: Committed to delivering the most supportive client experience.
  • Proven Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success in growing revenue.


Location:


This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
