About the Role

Northwest Talent Solutions is a leading staffing and consulting firm partnering with clients in the private industry and public sector.

We are currently partnered with a preferred client in search of a highly skilled Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program.

The Director will oversee the administration, curriculum development, and compliance with ACGME standards for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and administer the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program
  • Develop and implement curriculum, evaluation systems, and policies
  • Evaluate and develop faculty performance
  • Provide clinical supervision and participate in didactic conferences
  • Chair the Education Policy Committee and Fellowship Admissions Sub-Committee

Requirements

  • Completed ACGME or AOA accredited residency in psychiatry
  • Completed accredited fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Prior experience as program director or associate training director highly desirable
  • Strong clinical and team-building skills
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
  • Board certification in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Knowledge of ACGME requirements and medical education best practices
