As the Showroom Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing the company's Trade as the leading resource for the DFW area's architecture and interior design community. Your role will encompass leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, ensuring our clients receive the best service from purchase through to delivery. You will lead a talented team of designers, driving metrics and fostering a culture of total customer satisfaction.


Goals and Objectives

  • Industry Leadership: Position the company's Trade as the top resource for the architecture and interior design community in DFW.
  • Financial Success: Achieve profitability in line with the company’s budgeted goals.
  • Sales Excellence: Surpass established sales volume targets.
  • Team Motivation: Develop and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the home furnishings industry, preferably working with the architecture and interior design (trade) community.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.
  • Budget management experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with all management levels and staff.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
