Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking entrepreneurial-focused Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving productivity across the sales organization, being a true "hunter" for new business opportunities and supporting existing clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of outbound sales activities, including calls to potential customers, lead follow-ups, project pipeline management, and converting prospects to customers.
  • The capability to create a detailed profile of prospective buyers and existing clients
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities in under-penetrated territories.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on territory planning and event strategy.
  • Maintain CRM database to track sales cycle metrics and build a pipeline.
  • Achieve individual and company sales targets, providing regular updates to management on account status.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
  • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5- 10 years of outside Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Natural leadership qualities.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Industry knowledge or the ability to learn and adapt to a new industry.
  • Passion for consultative sales and business development.
  • Positive attitude and energy.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
