The Product Development Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our product development process from concept to final production, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to our esteemed brand standards. - Manage and update the Work in Process (WIP) report for all stages of product development, including but not limited to cost, samples, strike-offs, lab dips, testing, samples, and purchase orders.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, merchandising, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Assist in communicating with suppliers and manufacturers regarding sample development, production timelines, and quality issues.
- Maintain active vendor file folders.
- Maintain PLM system with including but not limited to shipping descriptions, fabric content, final specifications, spec sheet, costing, and vendor information.
