About the Role:
The Software Platform Product Manager Intern will play a key role in the development and enhancement of cloud product features related to APIs and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and maintaining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for API integration and data analytics features.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Write clear and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and behavior data to inform product decisions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features.
- Use data analytics tools to track product performance and user engagement, creating reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with API design and integration.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
