Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research balance sheet account reconciling items for resolution and review for compliance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely bank and account reconciliation within established deadlines, including researching and resolving reconciling items.
  • Work with regional operations and finance teams including shared service centers, assisting them in reviewing and preparing account reconciliations to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Analyze invoices and/or contracts to determine proper accounting.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Act as backup to other team members during time off.
  • Assist with other special projects, as assigned.


Required Experience:

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business
  • Completion of Sophomore or Junior year


Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight timeliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results.
