Job Overview: We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist who is passionate about clean energy, knowledgeable in SaaS technologies, and eager to contribute to a top-tier company. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their success through exceptional support and problem-solving while collaborating with a team of Help Desk Specialists. You don't have to know everything to be a good fit, just come in with a positive mindset and an eagerness to learn


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing outstanding support and managing issues to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our proprietary software, monitoring systems, and other components.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promptly escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Gain expertise in financing and sales/operations workflows to become a key knowledge resource.
  • Educate and train customers, providing solutions and documenting interactions with detailed logs.
  • Act as the customer’s voice to enhance our programs and processes.
  • Maintain quality standards and achieve service level goals in collaboration with the team.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to management.
  • Recommend improvements to support tools and implement scalable solutions for our expanding customer base.
  • Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in helpdesk or software support
  • Proficiency in using SaaS software.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Keen interest in renewable energy or willingness to learn about the industry.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


Additional Details:

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past five years is required.
