The ideal candidate is passionate about retirement plan advisory/consulting, demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform retirement plan reviews and coordinate retirement plans.
  • Assist with plan sponsor/trustee/participant meetings.
  • Execute various retirement plan services on behalf of plan sponsors such as plan design features, plan enrollment and documentation, reporting, and billing.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop retirement plan knowledge regarding ERISA/IRS/DOL rules, regulations, and compliance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimally hold a Series 65 or comparable license or designation and be willing to obtain the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation and other relevant ASPPA or CFP program credentials
  • 3+ years’ experience with a financial services or RIA firm working with HNW clients
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL best practice standards, and current legislation
  • Experience working directly with retirement plans or retirement plan consulting
  • Excellent technology, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive
