Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Service technician based in Brooklyn, NY. As a Service technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and field service for our automated machines.
You will also provide excellent customer service to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of the machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective solutions to customers' technical issues.
- Assist customer with technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Travel to customers' locations and EXPO events for on-site support.
- Offer remote assistance for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with warranty and insurance claims related to our products.
Qualifications
- Strong background as a machine technician.
- Proficiency in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service.
- Experience in customer service.
- General maintenance skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, independently, and remotely.
- Familiarity with warranty processes.
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site support and EXPO events.
- Experience in technology industry is a plus.
- Technical certification on relevant degree is a plus.
- Fluency in another language is a plus.
Annual Salary: $60,000
