We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) proficient in YAML, C, and Python with extensive experience in Azure DevOps. The TPM will be responsible for managing and coordinating various technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.

- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure seamless communication across teams.

- Write and maintain project documentation, including YAML configurations, scripts in C and Python, and other technical specifications.

- Continuously monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Required Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development environment.

- Proficiency in YAML, C, and Python.

- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD processes.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
