We are seeking a skilled Technical Program or Project Manager. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Utilize Azure cloud services for project management and execution, leveraging its tools for scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for project management and agile methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, and Azure Pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
