- Ability to work a schedule for of Thursday - Saturday 7pm-7am
Job Description
- Responsible for supervising the process for bank settlements and cut-offs
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- Supervise desktop exercises with staff to maintain incident readiness
- Ensure documentation accuracy and development for day to day process
- Issue resolution and closure on internal issue tracking system
- Supervise weekend testing when assigned
- Ability to implement procedures and policies for new business; coordinate and partner with internal business units
- Effectively handle system and staff concerns with proper escalation to appropriate subject matter experts and management
- Ensure the training and cross training of staff on all client application and systems
- Supervise day-to-day shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or a minimum of 5-10 years practical work experienceProven leadership in managing personnel in a data center environment
- Knowledge of Networking systems and managing Major Telco providers
- Working knowledge of standard computer software, including MS Excel, Office and Word
- 5+ years of experience running Linux, Unix, and IBM Pure Technology in a production environment, AIX 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
- Experience in administrating and troubleshooting applications in a large production environment (24X7)
- Create and maintain formal operations and procedural documentation
- Must have experience working in a Mainframe and Windows Distributed systems environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing time sensitive priorities;
- Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered
- Supervise staff of 4-8 employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
