Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Invoicing Clerk
Job Duration: This is a 3-month position with potential to extend
Job Location: Melbourne FL 32901
Pay Rate: $20/hrs. with additional benefits.
Per Manager:
- Looking for someone motivated, ready to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and be a quick learner
- Proficiency in Excel
- Preference for a new graduate with a Finance degree
Requirements:
- Basic background check and credit check required at onboarding
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collection of assignee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of all balances
- Maintain and update customer master and credit data in SAP with current customer information
- Create customer accounts
- Work with customer service and program teams to resolve all customer disputes
- Perform any additional tasks and projects assigned by the Manager
- Assist with the implementation of various tools and processes as required
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with accounting software required; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Familiarity with PC, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Telephone, and integrated systems.
Work Environment / Physical Demands:
- General office environment
- Some stress may occur, especially during monthly closings
- Must be able to sit for long periods and use telephone and PC
