Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)


Work Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – Onsite)


Required Experience: 08+ Years


Technical Skills (Primary, must have):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance domain
  • Experience working with Insurance Applications
  • Experience working in Core Policy Claims module
  • Strong technology experience with policy administration solutions
  • Handson experiences writing user stories is required
  • Knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements
  • Experience in Agile methodology and business analysis methodologies working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and should be proactive
  • Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Access PowerPoint MS Project Visio SharePoint
  • Ability to multitask projects and prioritize tasks
  • Approachable in nature and confident in own abilities
  • Exhibits an attention to detail
