Summary: This individual will work with various departments including Engineering, Production, Maintenance, etc., to develop and enhance processes using process analysis and project management methodologies to increase the efficiency and productivity of our internal manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans including KPI’s, timeframes, risks, and return on investment.
- Exhibit effective and timely communication with various departments to develop project plans to ensure the timely completion of projects and manage them accordingly.
- Review, improve, and develop operations using process analysis, documentation, and facility design.
- Apply and uphold project management principles.
- Perform data analysis to assist in project development and guidance.
- Proactiveness, willingness to learn, hands-on, and ability to be the liaison between departments to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of engineering or related experience.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems, Six Sigma, and data analysis.
SolidWorks experience is preferred.
