Summary: The individual in this role will collaborate with multiple departments, including Engineering, Production, and Maintenance, to develop and optimize processes within our internal manufacturing operations. Using process analysis and project management methodologies, the primary objective is to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while meticulously identifying and executing the necessary steps to achieve project goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs), timeframes, risk assessments, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication with various departments to create and implement project plans, managing projects to ensure their timely completion.
  • Analyze, review, improve, and develop operational processes by leveraging new and existing data analysis, documentation, and facility design techniques.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation in alignment with project management principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach, acting as the liaison between departments and all levels of team members to ensure project success.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or Engineering Systems Management.
  • Proven success in applying project management methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Six Sigma, process improvement, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD is preferred.
