Hourly Rate: $22 – 25 per hour | Based on experience*

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a professional Desktop Support/Helpdesk capacity.
  • Possession of an Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Proven proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including extensive break/fix experience to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both Windows and macOS platforms, with a focus on hardware diagnostics and repairs to maintain optimal performance.
  • Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional IT support, including direct involvement in imaging, deployment, installation, and configuration of computer systems and applications within a large-scale enterprise.
  • Direct experience in troubleshooting hardware-related problems, showcasing strong hardware skills and expertise in resolving issues promptly.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, adept at collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels to effectively address technical challenges.
  • Effective time-management skills, with a track record of setting and achieving realistic deadlines for issue resolution while maintaining high-quality support services.



Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for both Windows and macOS platforms.
  • Perform break/fix tasks to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Manage the imaging, deployment, installation, and configuration of computer systems and applications.
  • Conduct thorough hardware diagnostics and repairs to maintain optimal performance.
  • Address and resolve hardware-related problems promptly.
  • Offer exceptional IT support and collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication with users and team members.
