Role Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic planning for the organization. You will be a key partner to senior leadership, collaborating across departments to ensure our financial strategies align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights on trends, variances, and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business case evaluations, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and assess the financial impact of various projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or relevant certification preferred (CFA, CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Experience with financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is a plus.
