Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Job Description:


  • The GM/VP is responsible for the direct execution of IFS ERP delivery and implementations.
  • The purpose of the position includes providing leadership to the operations team and coordination of the company's operations function.
  • Developing and implementing an IFS ERP strategy and monitoring delivery activity


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and optimize consulting delivery processes within a professional services context.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure positive client outcomes.
  • Provide leadership in program management, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of IFS ERP architecture and design principles.
  • Contribute to solutions architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.


Qualifications / Skills:


  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business management as a VP, GM, or equivalent role from an IFS ERP using company.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in IFS ERP implementations, service delivery and operations.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the IFS eco-system.
  • Must have previous P&L responsibility and have led a high-performing team which include IFS delivery and operations.
  • Must have previous experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions/ management consulting experience with a value sell mentality.
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with a collaborative and impactful manner
