  • Process orders received via email and ensure accuracy
  • Work in and maintain customer portals
  • Responsible for order process from time of receipt through invoicing
  • Work with internal departments including Service, AR, AP
  • Ensure all policies & procedures are being followed
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Support and track sales forecast and quote status sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Maintain and track open quote status
