RAVE employs 135 associates including 8 board certified radiologists, many of whom have received postgraduate fellowships and subspecialty training.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO/President on key operational insights. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the administrative leader of RAVE for all ongoing day-to-day operations and reports to the CEO/President solely on all critical matters where partner input is needed.
  • Works in close collaboration with the CFO to meet annual and quarterly financial goals and objectives and serves as the acting CFO if that person is unavailable.
  • Engages and implements emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital/online automation as well as fosters strong outside alliances in the medical community to maximize efficiency and economies of scale.
  • Innovative thinker in healthcare as reimbursement models transition from "fee for service" to "risk based" models. Able to develop strong alliances with like-minded health care organizations.
  • Leads the Executive Team in all key operational functions of the medical practice. Develops and maintains collaborative and value-added relationships with key management leaders.
  • Oversees all practice operations including daily workflow, marketing, community relations, facilities, equipment, and human resources functions.
  • Works closely with the CFO on financial matters including accounting, payroll, IT, and revenue cycle functions and in concert with the CEO/President.
  • Partners with CFO to oversee the development and implementation of financial, strategic, and risk management policies and plans.
  • Maintains contemporary knowledge of elements necessary for successful business operations including financial oversight, insurances, revenue cycle management, hiring, and employee benefits.
  • Develops, administers, and maintains internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with the CEO/President and CFO, prepares monthly board agendas and makes presentations/recommendations regarding related topics.
  • Analyzes and evaluates operational, financial, and market data. Takes action on this information as necessary.
  • Works with CFO to provide the CEO/President and physician partners with timely operational and financial data.
  • Analyzes and evaluates the operational, financial, marketing, and industry data while working with the CEO/President, CFO, and physician partners to understand and address trends which may impact the practice.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' of high quality, progressive business and executive experience
  • Proven track record in building strong working relationships with departmental managers
  • Strategic planning and business development experience
  • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
