Saint Agnes Medical Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Labor and Delivery Manager. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Labor and Delivery department, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care to expectant mothers and their newborns.


Pay: $64.55 - $96.83/hour based on experience

Shift: Typically, Monday – Friday days


Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director, Women & Infants, Nursing Service Admin
  • 24-hour accountability managing all aspects of patient care in the assigned areas
  • Coordinate the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to staff.
  • Ensure continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability.

Must Haves:

  • California RN license
  • 3-years of L&D experience
  • 2-years of management experience (6 years L&D experience in lieu of management experience)
  • BSN
