Project Coordinator

Hybrid - Palo Alto, CA

1-year Contract

$35 - $45/hour


Option 1 Staffing is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various activities such as seminars, conferences, workshops, fairs, and other related programs. You will also provide administrative assistance to management staff and ensure the smooth execution of program objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in the implementation of activities, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Develop and coordinate new ideas and concepts for program themes to enhance participant engagement.
  • Manage all program logistics, including coordinating materials and resources.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management staff within assigned areas to support the accomplishment of program objectives.
  • May provide work-lead direction and/or train others to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer activities of assigned programs, including developing, implementing, and supervising related procedures, processes, services, and systems.
  • Train employees in proper methods and procedures, ensuring the correctness of work.
  • Advise the manager on program-related matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of directly related work experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
