• Customer Support for Financial Account.
• Answer incoming calls from the Customers regarding their
inquiries, complaints, product or services offered by the client.
• Provide information to customers about their accounts, credit card, etc.
• Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting or make product recommendations based on the customers need.
• Deal with payments and help resolve billing disputes between American Express and its customers.
• Deal with Fraud Claims and Presenting offers.

Qualifications that we are looking for:
At least 18 years of age or older.
Strong English communication skills, oral and written, along with flexibility to work various shifts within our hours of operations.
Possess good working knowledge with computers and computer applications.
Possess good attention to detail, adaptable and dependable.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment where you work remotely with coworkers and supervisors from the comfort of your home.
MUST BE RESIDING IN EL PASO TEXAS or within 50 Miles Radius.
MUST HAVE 1 year consecutive experience in a Contact Center/Call Center/BPO set-up.
