Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Configurator is responsible for the maintaining, implementation and extension of existing MS Dynamics CRM Cloud application. The responsibilities include maintaining and developing MS Dynamics CRM CE System, upgrading, and working with user as per the Sr. CRM Architects direction. CRM Configurator is responsible for collecting user requirements, creating and updating views/dashboard, configuring forms, and troubleshooting user issues as they come up. The CRM Configurator will install and troubleshoot ININ/Telephony integration and maintain TIBCO integration jobs and monitor them on a daily basis. The CRM Configurator must excel in MS Dynamics CRM/XRM knowledge, as well as the new Power automation platform, and be able to leverage cross-functional IT and Business Unit Teams to achieve quality results where appropriate. A solid background in user support is required. The CRM Configurator will be also responsible for system administration and operational support of the internal deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) system, including maintaining system and integration with other IT areas as per the Sr. CRM architect. The CRM Configurator must adhere to all SDLC phases (requirements, design, development, test, and implementation), including configuration change requests, application maintenance, data quality and management, and decision support for projects. The CRM Configurator will collaborate with Sr. CRM Architect and CRM Consultants to complete projects, work with Business Units, and IT to develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data that support the organizations business decisions, consistency in the way we measure and drive performance, and improve service, quality, and productivity in the healthcare space.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Excel in functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CRM solutions & integrations
- Someone who has at least 5 to 7 years of dynamics CE/CRM experience (sales or customer engagement)
- Has strong application configuration experience
- Has strong power automate experience (at least 3 years)
- Has done a lot of customizations for at least 5 years
- Has done a lot of user support with views, reports, training, and answering process questions.
- Minimum 3 years experience in industry-standard CRM tools that can be leveraged to further the business needs
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with all levels of IT & Business Leaders to support their goals within CRM
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing enterprise solutions to complex business problems
- Excel in organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excel in ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience of all levels within the organization.
- Expert working knowledge of CRM Solutions and Integration Design
- Excel in business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
- Expert technical, analytic and consultative skills, including integration packages, power automate, power BI, SSRS, C#, Java Script, .Net, SQL, Azure Cloud computing
- Expert in SDLC leadership skills and execution
- Minimum 5 years experience: SQL Programming (ETL & SQL server 2016/2019), JavaScript & JSON for CRM scripting, Scribe integration
