Job Title: Customer Success Account Manager

At Microsoft Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cloud solutions and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and preferences to inform account strategy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Products (Azure, M365, Dynamics, etc.) or other Cloud technologies
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management
  • Master's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within customer success in the technology industry
