Your Role

As a Krause Senior Designer, you will be responsible for working in concert with the design team in a highly collaborative environment to interrupt the client’s needs into well thought out, creative solutions that exceed our client’s expectations. We are looking for well rounded, motivated, fun loving, individuals that will be involved in ALL aspects of the projects we design.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete involvement in all project planning and processes from initial client meetings, design, to punch lists and closeout.
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships, participate in business development and Marketing efforts.


Your Qualifications

  • A style, demeanor, work ethic and fun loving, yet respectful, personality appropriate for internal collaboration and Client interaction is essential to your success in our organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
  • 3-6+ years’ experience of professional and commercial interior design experience, including corporate, medical and/or tenant office interiors. NCIDQ certified a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge using Revit and AutoCAD required
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability in all design phases, construction documentation, construction administration, codes and technology.
  • Demonstrated rendering capabilities a plus. Working knowledge of Enscape.
  • Professional membership and active participation in Industry Associations i.e.. AIA, IIDA and ASID preferred.
