About the Role
As a Handyman III - Interior Tech III at Encore Fleet Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the luxury coach interiors. - Provide feedback to improve interior maintenance processes and product performance.
- Mentor less experienced technicians, sharing your expertise and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in and lead the construction of new coach interiors, focusing on innovative designs and high-quality finishes.
- 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction or repair.
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, particularly in high-end projects.
- Experience working on luxury coach interiors is a plus.
