We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, you will work closely with the AI Delivery Team to collaborate across organizational pillars and scale data center delivery. Your primary focus will be on process optimization, backlog management using Azure DevOps (ADO), and aligning engineering efforts with business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead process optimization and stack ranking efforts across engineering teams.
  • Manage the backlog in ADO by refining and grooming requirements into actionable business scenarios.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create roadmaps and drive alignment on solutions.
  • Write business requirement documents (BRD) and conduct system analysis.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate detailed project plans and oversee the integration of technical activities.
  • Present proposals, reports, and project findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage teams, including recruitment, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
  • Assess technology needs, resource requirements, and market demand to determine project feasibility.
  • Review contracts and cost estimates for approval.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.


Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Familiarity with business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).


Must have skills:

  1. 5-7 years of experience with ADO, Jira, or Rally.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in data center delivery.
  3. 5-7 years of experience in stakeholder management.
