JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Project Manager at Wiedenbach Brown, you will be effectively managing multiple projects while ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for candidates that are relationship oriented, passionate about servicing customers, and have a strong desire to establish a long-term career in lighting.

This opportunity will have on the job training.

GENERAL DUTIES

· Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

· Ensure timely and accurate communication with all project stakeholders

· Provide technical support to general contractors, electrical contractors, and clients

· Participate in client conference calls, reviewing project status and action plans

· Help troubleshoot and resolve client issues

· Create job folders

· Download, file and print lighting plans

· Analyze and evaluate blueprints and technical details with architects, engineers, and designers

· Create project submittals

· Create project quotations

· Create and manage orders, purchase orders, and status reports

· Coordinate shipments to job sites

· Work with vendors to obtain shipping dates, tracking numbers and notes on open shipments; enter information into database per WB reporting protocol, notating and communicating ship dates that place project at risk

· Collaborate with internal accounting, purchasing, sales and warehouse teams

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Lighting and/or Electrical Experience (preferred but not required)

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)

· Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents

· Excellent English written and verbal skills.

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Flexible, professional, team player with a positive, energetic personality and strong problem-solving skills

· Applicant must be able to respond to client needs in a positive manner while maintaining a professional demeanor

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), internet searches and intermediate computer systems skills
