Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Strategic Sales Channel Partnership Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue by developing and managing strategic partnerships with key accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring long-lasting relationships that enhance our market presence and expand our reach.


Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Strategic Channel Partnership Representative at NatPay in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The representative will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners, resellers and within our referral programs by driving revenue growth through these partnerships, and executing partnership agreements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and presenting NatPay's solutions to potential partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact for partnership needs.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and cultivate relationships that align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, Operations, IT, product) to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and analyze industry trends.
  • Manage contract negotiations and support clients through the onboarding process.
  • Meet and exceed sales and partnership targets, ensuring mutual success for both our company and our partners.
  • Travel to clients, represent the company at tradeshows, conferences and events

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Knowledge of financial services, payment, payroll, or HR industry preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify partnership opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) software and sales tools (lead gen)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably within a strategic or B2B sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
