Partner/Channel Sales Manager


Job Overview:


PeopleGuru, a leading provider of Human Capital Management software provider is seeking a Partner/Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Partner/Channel Sales Manager, you will play a key quota-carrying role responsible for driving revenue through our channel partner network. You will build, maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, while identifying and recruiting new ones. Your focus will be on mutual success, enabling partners to deliver impactful solutions to their clients.


Your efforts will directly support our growth strategy as you execute joint go to market activities, provide sales training and enablement, and collaborate on product launches. You will also develop strategic initiatives to build a robust pipeline of opportunities with our partners.  


Key Responsibilities:


·      Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary contact for all sales – related activities.

·      Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, expanding our partner ecosystem to unlock new market opportunities.

·      Collaborate to construct tailored sales strategies that drive revenue and ensure market growth.

·      Consistently achieve sales goals and quotas through effective partner management and collaborative selling.

·      Track and manage the sales pipeline with partners, ensuring a steady stream of qualified opportunities.

·      Partner with marketing campaigns, product launches, and demand generation activities.

·      Work closely with internal teams to align on partner needs and strategies.

·      Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify future opportunities and competitive threats.


Education:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field


Qualifications:


·      3+ years of channel sales or partnership management experience, ideally within the HCM/HRIS software space.

·      Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

·      Strong understanding of the HCM/HRIS industry, with the ability to execute joint go-to-market strategies.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


Compensation Package:


Job Type – Full-Time

Compensation –

Starting Base Salary – $100k salary plus incentives; $200k on target earnings.
