Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Consultant at Tier3 Consulting, LLC. The consultant will be responsible for providing IT consulting services, technical support, and ensuring efficient workflows. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, offering technical solutions, and providing consulting support. The consultant will be expected to travel to client locations as needed for support.


Qualifications


  • 2 Years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Experience with managing Azure / Office 365 tenants
  • Basic understanding of Networking and Route/Switch
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with cloud computing and infrastructure - Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
  • A valid drivers license with a clean driving history
