Position Summary:

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Specialists. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with clients in the insurance, nonprofit, and telecommunications sectors, helping them understand their options and delivering top-notch customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Educate clients on various plans and services available to them.

- Assist clients with the application process and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.


Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.


Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive earnings ranging from $36,000 to $55,000 annually, including base pay, uncapped commissions, and weekly performance and quality bonuses.
