  • Manage strategic accounts and facilitate the communication between customers and logistics providers.
  • Quote air and ocean rates to all the customers in order to satisfy their shipping needs.
  • Identify new opportunities, to generate business/revenue for the company.
  • Prepares, controls and distributes all required Export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier), complying with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, by working closely with the customer internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all shipment-level communication between RGLUSA and all carriers and vendors.
  • Execute daily operations of air sea travel using relevant software
  • Review standard operating procedures to insure compliance, TSA, ISO, TAPA, IMDG.
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures.
  • Effective interpersonal skills excellent pro-active communication and customer service
  • Proactively express thoughts and ideas on training and development to Manager, which will enable you to perform better in you current and future job functions in company


Who You Are

• 4+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation

• Excellent (written) communication, prioritization, and time management skills

• Proven track record of strong customer service skills

• Excellent follow up with customers and the network

• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to customer needs and

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Supply Chain Software experience a plus

• Authorized to work in the USA
