Job Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire


Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to drive projects, enhancements, and client requests to completion. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with project scope, budget, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and drive change requests and project plans using Agile methodologies.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage client-requested enhancements with IT leadership and business users.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Establish project timelines and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes within the technology team.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of project status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational and operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Manage and resolve technical difficulties in partnership with developers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for application updates and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Product Ownership; certification strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes (Waterfall, Agile) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience creating screen mocks, diagramming process flows, and using project tracking software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, including external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive outcomes through effective follow-ups.
