Spartan Luxury Homes is a small General Contracting team located in the heart of Arcadia. Our office is at 44th Street and Indian School. Spartan engages in various forms of real estate investments and construction. From Airbnb rentals, to fix-flips, land development, real estate loan and self-storage development. The primary focus for Spartan DBI, is new construction homes, at a price of between $2.5 million and $4 million. We looking for someone with the right mix of technical skill, work-ethic and ‘work hard, play hard’ attitude to join our small, but successful Phoenix team.

SUMMARY: Revit/AutoCAD Home Designer


The Revit/AutoCAD Home Designer will work closely with the team at Spartan Luxury Homes, on various home building and remodel projects in Arcadia and Scottsdale. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES:


Responsibilities

·     Work with management to design new build home plans In Revit and AutoCAD


·     Adhere to Home Plan Development Standards devised by ownership.


·     Coordinate delivery of construction documents to the City Planning Departments, via online submittal system.


·     Provide Revit renderings for Marketing and Sales Teams.


·     Lead “Standard Plan” Initiatives, which involves City approvals on building plans, that can be reused for home building, with minimum City intervention. 


·     Handle any ‘redlines’ or questions from City Planning Staff.


·     Perform onsite inspections and/or existing structure measurements.


·     Work with Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers and Surveyors to ensure their data is included into the building plan.  


·     General Home Building construction knowledge beneficial.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)


·     Length of time to develop building plan


·     Speed of which plan is approved by City


·     Number of redline/failed City submissions.
