Job Summary:

As a Revit Modeler, you will play a critical role in creating detailed Revit models that support the design, manufacture, and erection of precast concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed Revit models for precast concrete structures, including shop drawings, details, and production drawings.
  • Collaborate with senior draftsman and project engineers to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with job specifications, engineering designs, and company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain material lists for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce drawings for plant and field operations, as required, to support efficient project execution.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from drafting checkers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with project engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with Revit, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Associate's degree in design, architecture, or a related field, with coursework in modeling or computer-aided design (CAD), or a minimum of 2 years of previous drafting experience.
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
